Our Code of Conduct

View the ANPI Code of Conduct (pdf) for Employees and the Board of Directors.

This Code of Conduct confirms the importance Apache places on high standards of business conduct. Adherence to the policies referenced in this Code by all Employees and members of the Board of Directors will ensure the confidence and support of our co-workers, customers, suppliers, regulators, auditors and the general public.

The Code is a general guide to acceptable and appropriate behavior at the Company, and Employees are expected to comply with its contents; however, the absence of a specific guideline, practice or instruction covering a particular situation does not relieve an Employee from exercising the highest ethical standards applicable to the circumstances.

Fraud & Ethics Reporting

Apache management is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud, misappropriations, and other unethical conduct. Each employee should be alert to possible fraudulent or unethical behavior anywhere in the Company, and are encouraged to report such violations promptly. There will be no reprisal against an employee who in good faith reports a violation or suspected violation.

If comfortable, the first step is to report the concern to their immediate Supervisor. Additionally Pamela Beilke, has been identified as the Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with the company Code of Conduct. Pamela has an open-door policy for any employee or can be contacted at:

  • Company extension 2114
  • Cell phone number 520-975-9426 or
  • Email pbeilke@Apachenitro.com.

In her absence, employees may be reported to the Director of Resources or the President.

Since employee may not be comfortable reporting an issue of concern regarding ethics or fraud, Apache provides a third-party to report a violation anonymously.
