Supplier of Choice: It means never dropping the ball in serving our customers. It means the product meets or exceeds quality specifications and is delivered on time. In practice, we do everything in our power to anticipate our customers’ needs and have the product ready when it’s needed.

While our Sales and Customer Service staff takes a lead role, we all share the responsibility. Our product loading personnel are on duty around the clock every day. Maintenance downtime is scheduled with our customers’ needs in mind. Quality assurance testing is performed by operating personnel throughout the manufacturing process. In addition, our QA Coordinator routinely performs quality control analysis to assure our products meet or exceed specifications.
